SARA CARLSON
1st Assistant Coach

Coach Carlson is joining us after three years coaching at Trumbull High School. There she acted as the freshman girls, and the boys assistant varsity coach.

 

Prior to her time as a coach, she spent her four years of high school on Trumbull High’s Varsity Volleyball team as the Libero.

 

After high school, Coach Carlson studied at both University of Rhode Island and Fairfield University.

 

Her love for this sport never stopped, which is why she chose to pursue coaching. Coach Carlson loves to play volleyball with her family and friends as well as take part in outdoor summer leagues.

 

Today, she is one of the counselors at Roger Ludlowe Middle School where she runs the Volleyball Club. Coach Carlson is passionate about helping players grow both on and off the court.

 

When she is not coaching, Coach Carlson loves to go for a hike, spend time with her dogs, and paint! Coach Carlson is excited for her first season as a Falcon.
