Summer training
All Ludlowe athletes (including incoming freshman who plan to tryout!) can attend pre-season strength & conditioning throughout the summer at the school.

The sessions run from June 22 through August 7. This schedule was designed to allow students participating in summer sport-specific training sessions the opportunity to also attend at least three strength and conditioning sessions each week. Please encourage your athletes to take advantage of these opportunities throughout the summer.
