MOLLY D'ANDREA

Freshman Coach

Coach Molly D’Andrea joins the Fairfield Ludlowe Volleyball program this season as our Freshman Volleyball Coach.

Coach D’Andrea is a veteran English teacher at Fairfield Ludlowe High School and also serves as the Varsity Assistant Coach for the Girls Basketball team. She brings an incredible combination of patience, positivity, and enthusiasm to everything she does. Her goal is to help every athlete build strong volleyball fundamentals while fostering confidence, resilience, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

A former three-sport athlete and varsity diver at Fordham University, Molly understands the commitment, discipline, and joy that athletics can bring. She is passionate about empowering young women by developing the whole athlete: body, mind, and spirit, and creating an environment where every player feels supported, challenged, and inspired to grow.

Molly lives in Black Rock with her husband, their three children, and two dogs. When she’s not in the classroom or the gym, she enjoys running, reading, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family.

Coach D’Andrea’s passion for teaching, mentoring, and building meaningful relationships with student-athletes makes her an outstanding addition to the Fairfield Ludlowe Volleyball family. We are excited to welcome her to the Falcons and look forward to the positive impact she will have on our program for years to come.
